My first contact with Lia was through their website when I submitted an e-price quote which was much lower than the MSRP and no haggling to reach such a price. I had submitted a quote request from other dealerships, but since Lia was the only one open on Sunday, they responded first. So I went in to test drive the Civic and was very pleased with the service at Lia. They used a no-pressure tactic and only wanted to sell me what I wanted to buy. I wasn't pressured to buy bells/whistles and was not pressured in an extended warranty. After my first meeting with Will Litton, I told him I wasn't ready to buy yet and I would contact him tomorrow because I wanted to "sleep on it". The next day after other dealerships responded, Lia's deal could not be beat. During this process, Will was still not pressuring me to come in and buy. There wasn't a "you need to come in and sign before they are all gone" line. I came in at my convenience and when I was ready. Would definitely recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville. More

As the Element was approaching its 10th birthday, I figured it was time for a change, and so I bought a new CR-V, which I think I'm going to like very much. Dave the salesman was very helpful in walking me through the various models to find the best one for me, and Dave the finance guy cleared my financing in record time. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Dave Hoeflich greeted us, answered our questions, helped us with decisions we were trying to make. When we decided to discuss the possibility of purschasing a new Accord, we relayed to Dave the wonderful way our daughter was treated in Spokane, WA & Toledo, OH at Honda dealerships. Not to be outdone, Dave shows up with a bouquet of daisies, had already brought us ice cold bottles of water (on a very steamy Saturday), & offered us ice cream treats! More importantly, Dave Hoeflich was able to come up with a deal for us that ended what we thought would be the beginning of a full day of car shopping. Our first stop was at Lia Honda. We had a list of car dealerships to visit during the day. However, we were so impressed with the way we were treated at Lia Honda by Dave Hoeflich, the receptionist, everyone in the showroom, and Dave Dicarlo in the business office, and with the wonderful price given for the Honda Accord that we decided to end our car search and buy from Lia. Dave Dicarlo was so easy going when we went to work out all of the business dealings. Dave explained everything available to us from Honda, but never made us feel pressured into purchasing anything we didn't want. Dave D. answered all of our questions, even after we returned home and called him multiple times to clarify things for us. We could not be happier with our new Honda Accord purchased from Lia Honda!!!!! We will definitely be chatting up Lia to all of our friends and family in Olean, New York!!!!
