When we initially discussed pricing, it was based on trade-in of our old vehicle. Price was okay but could have been better if the assessed value of our trade-in was better. On first visit, the general manager came out to talk to us and informed me he would guarantee to make this a fun experience......he was 100% correct. Not only did I get a great car at a great price (without haggling back and forth) but was able to have an effortless trade-in through a wholesaler, and outstanding customer service from the salesman to the general manager to the finance person. I brought a family member with me throughout the process as they have knowledge of carsales and he was amazed how easy Lia Honda made our experience and kept telling me I don't understand how great they were and that he has worked sales for years and never had a smooth transition such as this. Kudos to Lia Honda for making a stressful situation not stressful!! More
