In 2007 I bought a car from this location, and loved everything about my experience. I trusted Lia Honda with all their services, and would even tell others how much I loved going there. Although recently, I found out that Lia Honda had been lying to me. They told me that I failed my inspection, and that I would need new brakes for $500, plus labor. I took the rejection letter instead and went to Goodyear, and had them perform an inspection, without them knowing that I had gone to Lia Honda just to see if there was really an issue. Goodyear passed my inspection, and told me everything looked great. As a customer, what would you than think about Lia Honda? I completely lost trust with this dealership, and will never step foot there again. Also recently the staff there seems to be rude, and unhelpful. I've also taken my car there for oil changes ever since I bought the car, never had an issue until recently where my car started to leak oil after the oil change was performed. My point is to never trust these dealership until you get a second opinion. More

After having thought about the deal, we realized we needed to trade in our current vehicle and while this complicated the original deal, Don was non-plussed, patient and still very willing to work with us. He remained very professional and worked very hard to reach a deal that would satisfy us. My husband, who has a financial background, was impressed with George's knowledge in the credit markets. He directed us to a lender which would best suit our needs and was experienced in dealing with our unique circumstance of frozen credit. In the end, we were very pleased with our choice of Lia Honda, not only because we love our car, but because of the professional way in which we were dealt with as well as the explanation of the service department and hours. On a side note, it was very convenient for us to work with this dealership because they are open on Sundays. More

WOW, Will was AWESOME! I started looking for a car back in April 2012. On 10-31-2012, I had an appointment with another dealer up the street. When I arrived there, I wasn’t out of my car before the salesme in April 2012. On 10-31-2012, I had an appointment with another dealer up the street. When I arrived there, I wasn’t out of my car before the salesmen were right on me. Then the car I was to test drive went on a overnight test drive. Yes they offered to show me something else, but I didn’t call them to test dive the car. They called me and setup an appointment with me. Bait and switch Really! Or should I say trick or treat. I asked for my license back and walked out. On my way home I had always wanted to stop in at Lia-Honda, but I didn’t want to be mauled by 10 sales men so I would never stopped until 10-31. I had to go in and ask for help, which was what I wanted to do. I new what my budget, what I wanted but couldn’t get into due to out of my budget. Will was all so kind to answer questions about a CR-V that I really didn't want at all, but need a car. He even had me test drive it. I was thinking of purchasing something I didn’t really want, and knew nothing about. He did all the work and I asked would “you please run the figures for the 2010 Equinox you have to ease my mind?” He did with no problem. WOW I am now a proud owner of a 2010 Equinox. Thank you to Will for being so kind, caring and understanding and not PUSHY. I called my husband and we went right back up that evening to complete the paperwork for my Equinox. I will highly recommend Will at Lia-Honda to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car to see Will. I can not tell or say enough about how wonderful it was not to be pressured, pushed or treated like I didn’t know what I was doing. I have taken a lot of time and researched all types of cars so I could be satisfied with my purchase. Will did an OUTSTANDING job to make it so nice and pleasant and easy to make our purchase that I now know who to go and see for our next purchase. But we come to find out there was only one key for the car. We traded in our car and provided two keys. You would think from a customer service perspective that a minivan is usually purchased by a family and providing two keys would be a nice incentive. They don’t even bother telling you if there is one or two keys until after you sign that final paperwork. When my wife and I asked if they could help with the second key that costs over 150 dollars, they said you got such a great deal on the van that we aren't going to help you. Ultimately the customer service manager resolved the issue and is sending a check. More

He first introduced himself to me, asked me to do the same, and then wrote down exactly what I was looking for, new or used, buy or lease, and what I was most comfortable with spending. After I got approved for the car, he drove the car up, opened the car door for me and when I sat down, closed the car door for me as well. He went over in detail the car's features and would pause and ask if I had any questions for him. I had questions that I asked repeatedly, and he was very patient and knowledgeable when answering, and then he made me sit behind the wheel and he coached me hands-on. I feel that Norman is a great asset to your company; I felt very comfortable with him, and he never acted like a "typical salesperson" with a pushy attitude, as he did more listening to me, the customer, than he did trying to sell me a car. After I purchased the car, he walked me over to service and introduced me to everyone there and showed me around. He also told me that he still follows up with customers and answers and questions/complaints they may have after they have purchased a car. He was implying that the sale is never over just because I drove the car out of the dealership. He and the staff will be there to assist me in the future with any problems that I may have. It was also an added touch when he took a picture of me with the car and sent it to my e-mail at home. I would highly recommend Norman to my family and friends and please congratulate him on a job well done.
