When the service took only slightly longer (10 minutes) than estimated, the service person was apologetic. In fact, he came to me prior to the end to let me know that the service would take a little longer and explained why. I also had NO problem scheduling an appointment quickly and to meet my schedule. Just an outstanding experience. More
