After I got approved for the car, he drove the car up, opened the car door for me and when I sat down, closed the car door for me as well. He went over in detail the car's features and would pause and ask if I had any questions for him. I had questions that I asked repeatedly, and he was very patient and knowledgeable when answering, and then he made me sit behind the wheel and he coached me hands-on. I feel that Norman is a great asset to your company; I felt very comfortable with him, and he never acted like a "typical salesperson" with a pushy attitude, as he did more listening to me, the customer, than he did trying to sell me a car. After I purchased the car, he walked me over to service and introduced me to everyone there and showed me around. He also told me that he still follows up with customers and answers and questions/complaints they may have after they have purchased a car. He was implying that the sale is never over just because I drove the car out of the dealership. He and the staff will be there to assist me in the future with any problems that I may have. It was also an added touch when he took a picture of me with the car and sent it to my e-mail at home.
