very poor I just bought a crv with the faulty act actuator pump. after I signed the papers I started the car and heard the noise. I will try to return the car, if they refuse I will persue the lemon law and hire an attorney if necessary. the dealer assured me that Honda would have a recall and fix the problem in a few months. but honds has known about this problem for many years so they will not fix it. When I picked the vehicle up Antoun was very knowledgeable and thorough in his demonstration of the Pilot's features. He was also extremely patient with my 10 year old son's near constant questions and interruptions as he was very excited to "test" all of the vehicles features! This is my third vehicle from Lia Honda and first experience with Antoun. I would definitely recommend buying a new Honda from Antoun and I plan to do so again! More
