The cover of the mirror on the driver's side of my Honda Civic had to be replaced which is why I called the Honda service dealer closest to my house. Mr. McGill readily scheduled an appointment after applying for the damaged part. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met with the Friendly advisor, Lourie Bruner, and Technician Tyler Bartolomei (names which I gleaned from the final report but neglected to find out at the time. All in all, the repair of the damage and the inspection of the vehicle was done completely, quickly and efficiently. As a follow-up, Olivia Depalto emailed me to ask if I had any questions. (I did have a question which she readily answered after consulting with the record generated by the appointment. All in all, I was pleased. More
