I tried to get my car towed because I couldn’t drive my car due to the wipers not working. There was a big snowstorm and no one came to tow my car. When the snow stopped I drove to Lia Honda because it was so close to my house. Paige Buczynski at Lia took care of me immediately and took it upon herself to look at the wipers and worked hard to get all the ice buildup removed and got them to work. She prevented me from any expenses all on her own. I didn’t expect that and was so happy. I then booked my car updates at Lia with Paige and she again took care of me when I came in for service. I am seriously thinking of changing my dealership to Lia. Everyone should have a Paige Buczynski to take care of them! More
2021 Accord Touring purchased new suffered failed battery when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of t when tested.
