Adrian's personality and customer service was a much needed addition to the service deptmartment. After working at Walt Disney World, my customer service standards shot through the roof and I haven't encountered many people in WNY who live up to those standards. The most important thing to me, is that you never feel like you are "bothering him" and he happily goes out of his way to make sure each customer has a pleasent experience. Dave P in finance is also terrific to work with. Also, the popcorn and latte machine actually make me look forward to getting an oil change (and I know how lame that sounds). More
