Even the little customer experience things matter Coming from an organization where exceptional customer service is paramount, there are little things that could make the car buying experience at Lia Coming from an organization where exceptional customer service is paramount, there are little things that could make the car buying experience at Lia Honda more pleasant. While the showroom is well laid out of cars and the amenities such as snacks, coffee and ice cream are nice, it would be nice if the general manager would work the floor greeting and talking to customers while they are waiting for a sales associate or a quote instead of sitting in his office looking at his phone in full view of everyone. On the other hand, Jacquie is extremely knowledgeable in the Honda CRV car lineup. She was able to give us the comparison between the different trim lines. She was extremely helpful in explaining the value of the options between the trim lines. More

I used to work at the dealership and I always saw Jacquie going several extra miles to make provide her customers with an outstanding experience and she did the same for me, I chose to purchase from here because I trust Jacquie fully.
