Everyone in the service department treats me like a queen and they always take the time to explain everything to me. Wesley was absolutely outstanding and I appreciated his patience with me, as I asked a fair amount of questions about things. He was very kind and attentive. I also had positive interactions with Jaqueline, who originally sold me the Fit and Dave, who took the time to talk to me about possibly upgrading into a newer vehicle. While I didn’t interact with Adrian In the service Department on this occasion, I’m the past he has been absolutely amazing and is the reason I make it a habit to come to Lia for service on my vehicle, despite it being a much further drive than other dealers/mechanics. Everyone is just really lovely at Lia. Also, the hot drink machine is reason alone to visit, had a great vanilla latte!! More

It is a KEY entry car WITH CD player, normal cruise control, ability to raise and lower driver seat eas The HRV, in my opinion is highly under rated! It is a KEY entry car WITH CD player, normal cruise control, ability to raise and lower driver seat easily, fold down rear seats to offer as much room as any SUV/van. The HRV was designed for the senior who has not learned all the new codes/symbols and buttons. It is a comfortable, SAFE car. More
