Enjoying my new Honda CR-V !!! Got a new CRV last week at Lia’s Honda Williamsville NY. It was a rainy Saturday when I went there, yet Antoine was able to show me around and helped Got a new CRV last week at Lia’s Honda Williamsville NY. It was a rainy Saturday when I went there, yet Antoine was able to show me around and helped me deciding what would be the best car for me based on what I told him I was looking for. While test driving the car, Antoine explained to me about the car’s safety features and specifications. We also talked a little bit about customizable features for the car. I returned to the showroom a couple of times because I had some questions about the car. Each time Antoine and Renee provided me with the right information and excellent customer service. After I decided what car I would go for, they helped me with the paperwork. They even transferred my old plates to my new car so I didn’t have to go to the DMV (which is always a plus). All in all, buying a new car was stressful, but it is good to know you can always find good people guiding you along the way without pushing you into get things you are not interested. It is good that they listen to you ;) Thank you Antoine Abraham for all your help (you the man) Thank you Renee Hark for your enthusiasm. Thank you Don and Aaron for everything!! More

Service as Awesome as the Brand. Lia Honda is known for their Awesome sales staff as well as their Service staff. Oil change, 4 new tires installed as well as an alignment to finish it all off. Instead of a long wait or ride home, I was given a nice loaner vehicle so I could take care of all my morning errands to boot. DO NOT GIVE THIS xxxx HOLE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a brand new CRV from Lia in June 2018 and after owning my brand new CRV for just over a year, I walked out of my office a few weeks ago to I purchased a brand new CRV from Lia in June 2018 and after owning my brand new CRV for just over a year, I walked out of my office a few weeks ago to find THE PAINT ON MY HOOD COVERED IN BUBBLES! I was told this is due to Honda using too cheap of a top coat that allows moisture to get trapped and form bubbles. I called Honda and was told that it is covered by my warranty but the work would need to be done AT THE DEALERSHIP I PURCHASED FROM. Called Lia and was told I had to go through the service manager to have the work scheduled - no one else could help me. Well, let me tell you, I have NEVER encountered a more worthless, incompetent "manager" in my life. Despite SIX calls and messages, this joker still has not returned my calls. Everyone was all too happy to jump when I was spending 30 grand plus in this pathetic xxxx hole, but the second there was an issue, crickets, radio silence. Well, I don't play the games. Guess what? Your lousy service manager has been reported to Honda Corporate as of yesterday and I have filed a consumer complaint through my lawyer with the Attorney General. Keep ignoring customers. I wouldn't take my kids matchbox to this xxxx hole. I was going to purchase another vehicle from them this month too. Now my business will go elsewhere and NEVER a piece of xxxx Honda again. Lia Honda you failed miserably and your joke of a service manager should be fired. Unacceptable. Enjoy your visit from corporate and your AG investigation- your service Manager earned both. Now I'm stuck with a huge payment on a new car with paint that is bubbled all over and I'm unable to have fixed because your employee is rude and ignorant and cannot return SIX messages from a customer. pleasurable purchase i purchased a 2019 CRV with salesperson William Litton. He was great. This is my fifth honda vehicle but i asked William to treat me as someone who i purchased a 2019 CRV with salesperson William Litton. He was great. This is my fifth honda vehicle but i asked William to treat me as someone who didn't know what a Honda car could offer. He did just that he showed me everything about the vehicle, answered all my questions. When i took delivery of the vehicle he went over all the features even ones that i had on my previous vehicle. he gave me great tips about the navigation and where to keep my wheels locks. I was very pleased with the experience. He even took the time to show me how to connect my phone to the vehicle after i purchased the needed cable and returned to the dealership. I can say that Lia Honda knows about customer service. they treated me fairly, politely and I have to say like family. I would highly recommend them. More
