I'm Furious! I would give him 5 stars. My son went in to lease a Honda a few years back and didn't know I had worked with Antoun. He didn't have credit built up so I went in to co-sign for him. This fall his lease was up and since he never missed or was late on a payment and built up some credit, he was able to do it on his own. Here is where my problems begin. His salesperson, Sal Khan, told him he would take care of the over mileage charges if he leased another vehicle. Well, he didn't. I first became aware when I got a notice from the credit monitoring that my credit score had dropped from a late payment. I asked my son and he said he had just gotten a call from Honda Finance about it and was surprised. He followed up with Sal who said he would take care of it. A month later, I got another notice- not from Honda or Honda Finance but from my credit monitoring service. That is right; even though I am the cosigner on this original loan I was never once sent a notice from them! I called Honda Finance myself and they said that the dealer can't waive these fees, but if they did promise they will have to send in the payment and write a letter stating we were not responsible so credit reporting agencies can be notified. My son followed up again with Sal and he said he would take care of it and to call back in a few days. He has tried calling back and had left voice mails but no response. I just got a notice that my credit score has dropped to 640 - it was 800!! They also said it was sent to collections. I can only imagine what it did to my son's credit since he was just trying to build it up. More

Try to trick you. I declined the extend warranty a day before I signed the contract. However they still added the warranty to my contract without telling me. I figured it out why the monthly payment is le before I signed the contract. However they still added the warranty to my contract without telling me. I figured it out why the monthly payment is less, because they did 60 months instead of 48. I told them I want 48 months finance and without wanrranty. If I didn’t DOUBLE CHECK the contract?? I asked for referral benefit before signing paper to purchase a car, they are not allow me to do that and say I should mention it while we are walking in. What should I do? Not buying a car because of this?? Will never recommend my friend buy a car here, even though two of my friends and me bought the car here. Just feel bad for the salesman who spent a lot of time with me. I did very appreciated it. More

This was my first experience with Lia Honda and the sales person Salman (goes by Sal) went lengths to make it a smooth process. He was very responsive on text messages. Jacquie Andruasz our 1st contact was extremely professional and pleasantly natural- however when she called her managerDavid Piechowak , he was very unprofessional fast talking and scribbling ille professional and pleasantly natural- however when she called her managerDavid Piechowak , he was very unprofessional fast talking and scribbling illegible and crossed out numbers On our return the next day,Jacquie was again professional and patient-but in turning us over to the business manager Don Wagonblatt we were again hustled into a quick , incomplete understanding of the 6 year summit plan- And he clearly told us the plan included a 6 year warranty- when coming a few days later to sign the papers we were shocked to see the more than 1600 dollars added to the cost- we were stunned and were ready to back out completely- after ameeting with Rob Nevner who more clearly explained the details we went ahead with the transaction- but we were still angry Our family has purchased 6 CRV‘s from Lia over the past decade and we are not sure we will ever return- we feel we were bambozzled with inaccurate numbers and information by both David and Don and that was very unfortunate. Wesley Pernatt, who took care of me, seems like a great addition to the team and made sure I was kept in the loop about everything and aware Lia.
