He explained to me that my car would be completely sanitized after my service was done due to the virus situation and also said the service area was very safe. He offered my either coffee or water. I'm glad I reviewed the Carfax report for my trade-in vehicle before visiting the dealership, because there were typical sales tactics which I wanted to push to the wayside in order to generate a more honest deal. Anyone who purchases a new car should do this anyway. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I dealt with Andrew who was able to be more straightforward after I brought the report to his attention. I also appreciate the great deal I was given on the extended warranty. I recommend going to Lia Honda the next time you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
