Very helpful and actually listened to what I wanted and needed, vs what they could sell me. It was refreshing to actually feel like a dealership was actually working to get me the best deal and not trying needed, vs what they could sell me. I brought my car in for its inspection. I was told I needed an alignment. Everything was done well. Bryan even offered to stay late if I couldn't pick up my vehicle by closing. We've had a great experience with this dealership, Bryan Loremas provides great service and has exceptional customer service skills. The customer waiting area is great, clean and awesome coffee/tea machine. Loremas provides great service and has exceptional customer service skills. The customer waiting area is great, clean and awesome coffee/tea machine. My only complaint is I feel like I had to wait longer than average for something routine like an oil change. My last visit I waited 2 and a half hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I understand there are labor shortages and people need to be more patient in general, however I do feel you need alot of time if your waiting here. The customer service is great however! More
