The sales person I dealt with had no knowledge of the car he’s trying to sell. For every question I asked, he would disappear for 5 minutes to check with his manager. He did not know about his dealership’s o he’s trying to sell. For every question I asked, he would disappear for 5 minutes to check with his manager. He did not know about his dealership’s own inventory, nor was he aware of the price (!!) of the same car at a different branch. He seemed like he just wanted to get done with talking to us, and move on to this new customer who came in. It was so evident that he did not care at all.
