This is my first Honda (I purchased a 2010 CRV) and my first visit for service; I went to the dealer for an oil change/tire rotation. I dealt with one individual, Mike Wright, who was very professional the entire time. I was able to get an appointment within one week of my telephone call. I was greeted promptly when I arrived, and my service was completed within one hour. I have to admit that my car was not very clean (from all the winter weather we had been having) and much to my surprise, Mike came to ask me if it would be ok to keep my car a bit longer because he wanted to wash my car! I was absolutely thrilled! This was a wonderful surprise and a perfect example of going beyond! When the service was complete, Mike explained what had been done, handled the payment transaction, and walked me to my shining clean car! This is the best service I have ever received at a car dealer. I would highly recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville. More

I appreciate the honesty of the service advisor when he promised that he would not let me wait more than two hours for any service, without providing me with an update or option for transportation.
