I am always impressed at the friendliness of the staff from the time I enter the service garage, to the waiting room reception, to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. Lia Honda makes the sometimes tedious and time consuming task of getting one's car serviced, an enjoyable one. I appreciate the honesty of the service advisor when he promised that he would not let me wait more than two hours for any service, without providing me with an update or option for transportation. I have previously worked with poor service departments at dealerships and it is refreshing to know that a dealership really understands the value of 'service after sale'.
