My service rep , Paige Buczynski, was polite and when I advised her that I would step out for lunch, she indicated the car would be done by my return in an hour. I brought my car in because I was hearing a noise and my front right tire wasn't holding air. After a 3 hour wait for diagnostic testing which cost me almost $90.00, and a list of almost $4,000.00 in repai front right tire wasn't holding air. After a 3 hour wait for diagnostic testing which cost me almost $90.00, and a list of almost $4,000.00 in repairs, none of which was needed, they didn't even put air in the front tire. So as I was leaving and driving on Transit Rd, the light was still on the dashboard. I took the car, with only 65,000 miles to another repair shop and NOTHING on the list was wrong with my car. They tried to take advantage of me and also took my money on a car that they should have look at for free! I will NEVER go back there again for service or for buying my next vehicle! I am very disappointed at their dishonesty when it comes to repairs. And I most definitely will never recommend them to anyone else! Please beware!!! More
My car was towed in with a bad starter on a Friday night. They had it fixed Monday morning. That was good but they left two warning lights on, engine and VSA. They were going to send me out with the lights on. I had to ask (twice) if they could scan the codes! It turned out that a sensor just needed to be reset. Could that not have been done without my asking for it? Also, they removed an after-market remote starter to diagnose the problem and they left the module on the console in the car. Now I have to have someone else put it on? More
