Honest and Knowledgeable Service Advisor Jim Paixao is incredible!! It's hard to imagine today that someone who works for a car dealer's service dept. would actually tell you that you don't n Jim Paixao is incredible!! I came in today for an oil change appointment I made as I thought it was time (6 month old CR-V with just under 2500 miles). But Jim explained the oil change needs of my new Honda with CVT and that it really wasn't necessary until I had driven it many more miles. He also took the time to explain about synthetic oil. I am more informed about my car and I will certainly be bringing my car to Lia for service and the second car in our family (Subaru) as well! More
