Frank, you called and told us you sold your car and wanted to cancel the Gap ins. Connor informed you that you would need to come down and fill out a form and provide proof of the car being paid off and you would be refunded. Apparently this was unacceptable and you started screaming that you were going to write bad reviews everywhere. I am sorry that this was the process and not something you wanted to do. Thank you, Todd LeMay General Manager

Not true. I left a message with Connor who never called me back. Two days later I called again and he did answer while eating. He informed me he had a stack of forms on his desk and I could come in anytime. Several weeks i called to come in and was told it was Connor’s day off and there was no one else to talk to. When i asked who did contracts for vehicles purchased on Connor’s day off I was connected to an assistant manager who couldn’t have been less helpful. At that point all i was asking was for the form to faxed or emailed to me so i could complete it before coming in. Every interaction i’ve had with Lia has been a hassle. Recently, i had friends over for dinner who admired my new car. When i told them i had purchased it at Lia, they told me it was widely known that Lia is a place to avoid and now I know why.
