This is my third vehicle purchase from Lia (first was from Lia Toyota). I've always had such positive experiences with them, so when it came time to shop for a new car, they were my first choice. Jessica, the internet sales manager, was the first one I spoke with, and she was absolutely amazing! So sweet and responsive and got me exactly what I wanted for a vehicle. Next was Peter, the floor salesman who helped walk me through all the features of the brand new car. He was extremely kind, and I would recommend him to anyone! The finance manager, Connor, was also AWESOME! He, my husband and I chatted about video games while waiting for the paperwork to be processed, and he made the car buying experience that much better! I feel awful that some people have bad experiences with this dealership, but I have never seen anything short of remarkable from them whenever I'm there! More
I have bought dozens of new cars and this dealership is about the worst I have ever dealt with. They have overpriced their cars above MSRP and will not fairly negotiate even on trivial matters. Desiree Frank is honest, sincere and helpful. I will only have my car serviced when she is working. Nothing against anyone else since I don;t know them, but when you already have someone that is great, why n have my car serviced when she is working.
