She had been the coordinator for me twice before, She continues to be fully courteous, professional and informative. She reviewed what was to be done. She gave an estimated time the visit would take- it was very accurate. She reviewed with me what was done in a clear way. I am a medical doctor who has been involved in leadership roles in a variety of settings- including in hiring and performance of staff. I think Desiree is truly excellent in her role and a significant asset to the dealership. I have always had a very positive experience with the dealership. The finance manager, Connor, was also AWESOME! He, my husband and I chatted about video games while waiting for the paperwork to be processed, and he made the car buying experience that much better!
