Desiree Frank is always the best! I try to seek her out when I come in for service as she always seems to go the extra mile for me. 5 star rating for her for sure! That said, I was a bit disappointed that I had to replace a serpentine belt that was just replaced a year ago. My understanding is that the belt qualified for warranty under the mileage limit but was 4 days over the 1 year warranty time limit. Really? I may write to Honda on this one as I've read that these belts typically need replacing MUCH less frequently than that. More

She communicates with us at every step of our visit, keeping us informed and updating us. She is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very smart; such a pleasure to work with! Recently she arranged transportation for me back and forth as my service visit required many hours of work.
