Desiree Frank is always the best! I try to seek her out when I come in for service as she always seems to go the extra mile for me. 5 star rating for her for sure! That said, I I try to seek her out when I come in for service as she always seems to go the extra mile for me. 5 star rating for her for sure! That said, I was a bit disappointed that I had to replace a serpentine belt that was just replaced a year ago. My understanding is that the belt qualified for warranty under the mileage limit but was 4 days over the 1 year warranty time limit. Really? I may write to Honda on this one as I've read that these belts typically need replacing MUCH less frequently than that. More
