I have repeatedly sent emails to Greg Palm and a phone call to the Honda Service department asking for someone to get back to me regarding service that was recently done there. At 69,884 miles I had front call to the Honda Service department asking for someone to get back to me regarding service that was recently done there. At 69,884 miles I had front brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. On Sept 7,2023 at 78,450 miles I had to have front brake pads replaced again and rotors fixed.. I just wanted a reasonable explanation why they only lasted 8500 miles. It’s really sad that my call and emails were totally ignored. More

I had a noise coming from the left front tire and made an appointment. I sat with Greg Palm and described the noise and a short time later Greg said the noise came from a dent in the backing plate of the bra appointment. I sat with Greg Palm and described the noise and a short time later Greg said the noise came from a dent in the backing plate of the brake assembly. They also found the rear brakes were worn and would need replacement. I waited for the vehicle and within 2 hours the rear brakes were serviced, tires rotated, and oil was changed. I can't say it was inexpensive but I never had to come back to have work redone either. I guess you get what you pay for. I also must say I was not charged for fixing the backing plate. Good work. More

We discuss the car, my current driving needs (especially before and after the summer road trips), and budgetary concerns.
