Dropped off my Honda Odyessey for service. The service that was provided to me was second to none. Starting with Jon Alaimo in the service department, I couldn't be happier. Never had a salesperson do what Rudy did I was car shopping this week, and visited Lia Honda. I had a very complicated situation and Rudy made it seem like it all would work the first night w I was car shopping this week, and visited Lia Honda. I had a very complicated situation and Rudy made it seem like it all would work the first night we were there. So my friend assisted me with a $500 deposit so they could do the paperwork and let me know if the Honda i had picked would work for me. Unfortunately, it did not, so I thought we parted ways amicably, and I continued my search. I went to the car dealership next door, it was Lia Hyundai. At the same time I am there, my friend goes over to Lia Honda to get a credit for her $500 deposit. Rudy begins to harass my friend about why I didnt take the Honda, and he even went as far as to tell my friend my credit score!!! BIG NO NO!!! Then she leaves and comes over to meet me next store, and as I am signing paperwork for a new car, I get a call from Rudy on his personal cell phone, since he apparently watched my friend come next store to Lia Hyndai, which in itself is very creepy, and started to harrass me on the phone asking me why am I buying a Hyundai as they are terrible cars. Keep in mind, both dealerships are owned by Lia. The people at Hyundai were appauled as was I. I have NEVER been stalked/harassed by a car salesman before, and the fact he gave my credit score out to someone other than myself is dispicable at best. This is NOT the end of this situation, but wanted to make future customers aware to stay away from Rudy at Lia Honda!!! More

This was my very first experience I chose Lia Honda for service repairs due to an extended warranty/recall notice I received for my 2008 Honda Accord. This was my very first experience with this dealer. From my initial phone call with Melissa Colello through the completion of my service I was very satisfied! Melissa was very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining the process of the extended warranty. She provided service with a smile and was very personable. Not to mention as well that she was extremely busy every time I was there. I am very happy with my experience! Thank you Lia Honda! I will be back!! More

This was my first visit to Lia and I truly appreciated Hanna verifying that th Hanna Pasha was really great to work with in scheduling a service appt. This was my first visit to Lia and I truly appreciated Hanna verifying that the shuttle would bring me to and from work while my car was being serviced. She also checked into a recall and ordered the necessary part so that it was also able to be replaced at the same service appt. More
