So I bought the CRV of my dreams and couldn't be happier! The finance dept. I think his name was Jason, was as equally personable and professional. Mary who was almost tasked with giving me a ride home when I mistakenly had myself dropped off was also personable and professional, the service dept. who sold me the chrome tailpipe that Edwin put on before I picked up my CRV and called two days later with a date for the next oil change, the woman at the desk as you go in, EVERYONE was amazing. I got the price I wanted, and an amazing vehicle and they made it worth going there with their non aggressive treatment and utmost professionalism. More

Proceed With Caution I was shopping around for a 2016/2017 Honda Fit LX; in order to proceed with the search, I needed three questions answered: 1) Could I see the car 2) I was shopping around for a 2016/2017 Honda Fit LX; in order to proceed with the search, I needed three questions answered: 1) Could I see the car 2) How much would I get for a trade-in and 3) What would my costs be from start to finish. I was shown the EX instead of the LX, never could get a trade-in amount no matter how many times I asked and my start to finish costs were listed on the P. O. using very "creative" math, if you get my drift. At one point, the Sales Rep put her hand out and said, "Congratulations, you got the price you wanted, $14,000." I did not shake her hand because I still had not been told the trade in value or the start to finish price. I looked at the bottom of the P.O. and the finished price was well over $18,000! Once home, I checked online for the cost of particular accessories and found quite a difference in cost once again. Oh, my. I met with the Manager to discuss my concerns regarding the Sales Rep and found myself going along just to get along. It appeared that the Sales Rep was only reflecting her employers approach, although the Manager was not as rude as the Sales Rep. I did much online research and comparisons before visiting the showroom. I would advise everyone to take the time to do so. Proceed with caution. More

Total time from walking into show room to signing the purchase & finance agreements was 90 minutes. This included,test drive,financing,trade in value, selecting options etc. My vehicle was ready the following day and I was in & out in about an hour. I texted back and forth with the internet specialist Mike getting ahead of everything by filling a pre qualified application, explained the situation, a day later Recieved a letter stating what he had to bring for an approval ! We go in with this letter on Sunday 7/10 ...We get there Wait about 45-50 minutes for A RANDOM Sales person!! We get John ! He rushes through ALLLLLL OF OUR QUESTIONS leaving our questions unanswered, Doesn't give him many options !we then proceed to tell john that we were looking into trading our current vehicle during this visit. he then Tells us to wait for A DAY SO THAT HIS MANAGER can contact Infiniti dealer so he can get our trade appraised BY MOUTH and not by the actual appraiser looking at the vehicle to give us some numbers!! Two days after I have YET TO HEAR BACK ! I have yet to get a call from the sales person !! I have YET TO GET A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER !!! And mind you !!!! I THOUGHT THAT FILLING OUT THE PRE APP WOULD HELP THEM TIME WISE !!! I WILL NEVERRRR EVERRRR RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS looking for A CAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GO TO LIA HONDA OF ENFIELD !!! BADTIMING!
