I was looking for a used GMC/Silverado and s I'd like to commend Lia Honda for promoting a professional atmosphere at their dealership in Enfield, Ct. I was looking for a used GMC/Silverado and since I was in the neighborhood I thought I would stop and take a look. I was greeted by Justin and immediately felt at ease by his demeanor. I'm usually sceptical of buying an off-brand at a branded dealership but Justin seemed knowledgable with the model I was looking for and said he would keep an eye out for me if anything came thru the system. Pressure free shopping was a nice change from my usual experiences, and will definitely do business with Lia in the future. More

No hassle low pressure experience, very pleasant. I was in the market for a car because I had just hit a deer and totaled a car. I called and setup an appointment for a test drive. Wes had the car ready and went over the entire outside and inside of the car. He demonstrated all the safety features and options, and popped the hood and showed me where everything was in the engine. We took a test drive and did some highway driving and local driving. The experience was unrushed and comfortable. When I said I needed to sleep on it for a night he gave me his number and didn't try to hard sell. I came back the next day and purchased. The whole process took an hour and it was smooth. I enjoyed this car purchase more than any other. More
Easy to work with. Professional and fun experience. I work and live here in town. I generally dislike car buying because I always feel like I'm being sold and under pressure the entire time. Justin was more focused on teaching me about the new technology and comparing the options that I forgot all about that and when it was time to make a decision it wasn't even a question. Becasue after the education the car for me was very obvious. Was the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Mike in the business office was great as well. He cares about the people in his office. That's apparent .5 stars More

Rude attitude!! What a horrible experience!! I went in to possibly purchase a 2015 SUV advertised for $16990. Took it for a test drive, informed him that the brakes w What a horrible experience!! I went in to possibly purchase a 2015 SUV advertised for $16990. Took it for a test drive, informed him that the brakes were scraping, he even felt it as we exited the highway. When we got back I looked at the rotors and they were visibly worn with grooves, very obvious. After the test drive and talking with the sales guy, they wouldn't even come down in price by $200. It was late so I told him I'd return to check out the entire vehicle to make sure everything worked as it should before spending that much money. Sales man said he'd contact me if anything changes. 2 days later the price drops. Sales man never contacted me. I sent him an email to say I'd be in after work to check out the car. No response. I showed up looked it over. Everything worked. So I then asked to take it to my mechanic. By this time, this rude manager is listening in on our conversation, pretty rude, so I was to contact him to let him know time and day. I then asked if they would be willing to replace the brakes and rotors and tires, which I was very surprised even passed the safety inspection. I guess they don't have very high safety standards. That's when this obnoxiously rude manager came out of his office with a chip on his shoulder and a very bad attitude. (first office on left next to showroom floor, heading to the back) he never introduced himself or gave his name. He proceeded to tell me with his very arrogant attitude that I've spent enough time checking out the car, it's selling as it is and if I don't like it then walk out, I tried to explain to him about the tires and rotors but I couldn't even get a word in. He said again just walk out, this isn't the truck for you. Which is exactly what I did. Apparently he didn't want my mechanic to look at it, he didn't like that I was paying cash and I believe he also heard me telling the sales man that I was also looking at two other vehicles at other dealerships. Wow, to throw away a potential customer back in the day, was unheard of. I guess Lia got to big for their britches and forgot what's important. Service, customer satisfaction, and integrity. Well let me tell you Mr high and mighty; number one, if I'm spending over $17000.00 of my hard earned cash on a used vehicle, I expect it to be up to safety standards and not have to go out and spend another $1200 to $1400 to be safe enough for my granddaughters to ride in. Number two, I should be able to take my time checking out the vehicle and having a mechanic check it out. And number three, after this experience and waste of time, I wouldn't buy a car from Lia if it was the only dealership within 1000 miles. I hope I got the right manager because like I said, he never introduced himself. All in all, horrible experience and attitude from a very little man. More

I already knew walking into the dealership exactly what I wanted and was hoping for a quick, easy, and painless experience as it was llmy first time leasing a new car, which I'm happy to say it was. They were able to put me in exactly what I wanted. Justin and Mike in finance were both very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with while we dealt with insurance over the phone which I felt was very accommodating especially because mother was involved over the phone as well helping with everything. I picked up my new car the next day and I love it. Justin did great on the delivery process showing me all the neat features on my new Civic. It was clean,gassed up, and plates were put on. Thanks Justin! I'll be sure to let everyone know to come see you at Lia honda!!! You guys rock!! More
Friendly, but did not follow up with price agreement. Purchased Honda two years prioritize this dealership , unable to deal with dealership now. Poor follow up.
