Service has been great Dealing w/ Steve Crafsic was great. Accommodated my weekend schedule to diagnose a rack & pinion issue. Provided an estimate and offered to honor a coupon that would be expiring before I'd have the work done. Did not charge for this visit as we bought the car there a couple yrs back. Although I was not happy to need the work required, it was a pleasure having Steve to work with. I felt he really cared about the whole customer experience, and I appreciated that. Repair on my 2016 Honda Pilot We had an unexpected and possibly serious problem with our Pilot. Due to the fact that this problem was still under warranty it was necessary to hav We had an unexpected and possibly serious problem with our Pilot. Due to the fact that this problem was still under warranty it was necessary to have the work done at a Honda dealer. We arranged to have the vehicle towed to Lia Honda. My husband called the service department to inform them the vehicle was being towed and spoke to Greg Palm. We cannot say enough positive things about Greg. He was extremely pleasant, informative and interested in helping us. The car was repaired quickly and we were pleased with the service we received. We purchased our CRV and our 2010 Honda Pilot from Lia and returned to trade in our 2010 Pilot for new Pilot. However we were very unhappy with the salesperson we dealt with and went to purchase our 2016 Pilot from another dealership. Until this recent service call, we have not dealt with Lia, but thanks to the excellent treatment we received from Greg and your service department, we are seriously thinking about returning when we are ready to trade in our 2016 Pilot. More

BEWARE ! STAY FAR AWAY ! STAY FAR AWAY ! MONEY GUZZLER ! I recently took my car into Lia Honda while it was under warranty for an issue with the Air Conditioning while it was STAY FAR AWAY ! MONEY GUZZLER ! I recently took my car into Lia Honda while it was under warranty for an issue with the Air Conditioning while it was under warranty. At the time, they wanted to charge me a 300$ diagnostic fee to determine if it was an even a warranty issue. That I understand, but someone under warranty shouldn't have to pay to check if something is broken because of a defect. I was instructed to keep driving until the AC stopped working again by their service advisers. I come back and am told by Luis Nieves the service manager that it's no longer their problem, that's just how it works, and that I either need to pay the 300$ diagnostic fee or go elsewhere. I instructed him I'd call corporate Honda but that set him off even more - responding with "they'll just tell you the same thing, don't bother". Stay far away, literally all just a huge money scheme. More
