Excellent service I came in for routine maintenance and met Steve for the first time. I have dealt with others there also and they are all efficient and personable. Sales Representative Phil Bologna at Lia Honda of Enfield, was by far the most informative and personable sales representative that I encountered during this car buying experience. His low pressure, informative, honest approach to the sale made me feel comfortable. Phil Bologna was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. He has educated himself on the products he sells and was able to answer all of my questions. He also gave me informative tutorials regarding the vehicle features. I bought the car from this dealership because I felt Phil Bologna valued me as a customer and I felt that I could trust him. I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision to do business with him and have already referred friends to him. Prompt help for safety issue Jesse Robles set us up to have my son's SUV looked at, Greg Palm assisted us. They found an axle issue, worked with my son's extended warranty company Jesse Robles set us up to have my son's SUV looked at, Greg Palm assisted us. They found an axle issue, worked with my son's extended warranty company, got the parts ordered and the car repaired. He was able to drive safely back to Ohio with only a day delay. Delay was due to no parts deliverys on Monday, would recc management address that, doesn't make sense. Thanks all. More
