Buying a car here was good. The service sucks. Almost every time I get an oil change for some reason it always ends up 2 hours. Sales manager told us "Don't bother to come back" We were shopping for an 2020 LX Pilot and had a 2017 to trade in. We were told by the sales manager Mr. Boccasile the offer was "only good for the day and don't bother to come back." Also, " why did you come in today if you're not ready to buy?" We actually left angered by his tactics--just for wanting to think it over? The dealership was empty--now we know why. We left and went to Curry Honda and bought an EX and are very happy. More
I had barely finished my coffee when Greg Palm called to say my Honda CRV EX was already to pick up after it's first check up. I had dropped it off about a half an hour earlier. Earlier in the month is brought the car in because bolts under the front end had come loose and fallen out, "unusual" said Mr Palm. That took about ten minutes. Efficiency is good. So far Lia Honda has been great. Greg is the consummate professional. The young Hispanic man who pulls in the cars also. He always has a smile and pleasant word. . More

From Service to Sales and back to Service! I took my 2007 Honda CRV in for some repairs last spring. I had the car for about 12.5 years. I was always good about have the oil changed, brakes rep I took my 2007 Honda CRV in for some repairs last spring. I had the car for about 12.5 years. I was always good about have the oil changed, brakes replaced and other minor repairs, but not much else. It was getting to about 190k miles and things that should have been maintained (i.e. shocks and struts) that weren't needed to be replaced. I recently had a new alternator put in and with the new repairs that were required, I figured it was probably best to go back to having a car payment rather than putting all this money into an older car that had served me quite well. This is where Jesse Robles comes into the picture. When my car was being serviced, he was amazing at keeping me up-to-date with the progress as well as walking me through what repairs were critical to have done immediately and which ones could wait (due to the total of the needed repairs growing). At no point did I feel pressured into agreeing to any repairs. I had such a positive experience dealing with him that I decided to buy my next Honda from Lia Honda in Enfield and I did. I just took it in for its first oil change and was lucky enough to get Jesse again as my Service Adviser. Another great experience! Lia Honda will definitely be my go-to for all of my future service needs! THANK YOU JESSE ROBLES! More

Jesse Robles Jr was very attendance, explain every thing that what will take place, proceed to show me where the customer lounge was, coffee, papers were available, & said it b an hr to 90mins 4 wait, was in 2 tell me that the vehicle was all sevice in less than 25 mins. Explain 2 me all the process that they did on the truck, from the receipt u receive,& than showed me where 2 go 4 payment. Very curtiuos & the place is emaculate.
