Horrible dealership save your money go to a different Honda dealer. Ran a couple numbers with them they tried screwing me out of 10k and no one could give me answer when I asked about. Disappointing experiencebought two cars from this Disappointing experience bought two cars from this dealership and serviced both at the dealership They shut down due to cover and never called me Disappointing experience bought two cars from this dealership and serviced both at the dealership They shut down due to cover and never called me I arrived for my appointment, waited, and finally a custodian told me they were closed called to explain and to reschedule no apology offered, person on the phone abrupt rescheduled for an oil change, said that I would wait so that I could get back to work car took 2 hours and 45 minutes, customers came and left, and I sat very frustrating each time I go in it seems service gets worse there is one really pleasant service mgr. sadly I didn't get him each time I go in they tell me I need more and more big item jobs reminds me of Jiffy Lube I want to keep my accord for now but I just don't know if I can trust them to do only the repairs that I need and to do them correctly Just don't feel this this is how a loyal customer should be treated More
My HRV was near ready for its next service (oil at 20%) and I wanted it done with tire rotation before Winter. Terrible customer service, both the salesman (Edwin) and sales manager (Aaron) were bullies. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had been to the dealership a couple times over the last 5 years, an sales manager (Aaron) were bullies. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had been to the dealership a couple times over the last 5 years, and had good experiences so I went back this week after my car was totaled in an accident last week. Given what the current landscape is with cars I expected a tough time, but the way I was treated by Edwin and Aaron was ridiculous. I had not received the check from insurance for my wrecked car and Aaron said if we were going to do anything it had to be done “that day.” Given the situation I was in that was not possible. Their tones, body language, and entire demeanor throughout the entire visit was negative. I went to another dealership and bought a car there. Overall, very disappointing experience. I will not shop there again, and I will not be recommending Lia Honda of Enfield to anyone. More
