Kira you are the only trusted person there. I never had any issues with you. But you remember the struts issue and even you were befuddled. I question if i ever needed them after that. Rob and Todd wanna go on the defensive and say the car had 100xxx miles so it most likely did need them. Thats a lame answer. All i wanted was my money back and i would've felt appreciated as a customer that you guys did the right thing. But they just blew me off
