He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. He was honest and I knew he was keeping my best interest in mind, not just trying to sell me on a service.Our repair visits to Lia have always been one and done. They call back when you call and our car has always been ready when said. Also no long wait to get service . We have other cars from other brands and often have to wait one or two weeks for an appointment . Lia is where we will go to buy our next Honda More
