New Purchase and WOW!! This dealership was on the ball ever since I requested an online quote. They were in touch with me within 15 minutes after I hit send on the PC. The rep was very happy and sweet and her offer for the 2017 Pilot was $500 less then other dealers which we went to in person. When we went to the dealership (currently under constructions), the Sales person, Leo, was a pleasure and wanted to put us right in to the car to test drive. Since we have already test drove the vehicle at another dealership this was not needed. We go right down to price and before you knew it we had the best price out of 4 other dealerships. This was on a Sunday. When all was done, we could have picked up the car on Monday. We couldn't do that so we picked up the car on Tuesday. Again the salesmen was great in showing us all the features on the car and how everything worked. I know they should do that but it is different when they are doing it with a smile and willingness to help. Not all salesmen show this level of professionalism but here they do! He even offered to link my phone to the car. I didn't need this help but, when I have to do this for many other individuals because other dealerships never paired the phone, it is a nice touch. I would say before you buy a Honda, stop by and see Lia Honda of Brewster and enjoy the car buying experience. We sure did! Great Job!! More

Salesman gave me an out the door price and reneged I would give zero stars if I could. Just left the dealer after going in to sign a contract for an out the door price I was previously given in writin I would give zero stars if I could. However upon getting ready to sign the contract the price rose $940 dollars ( destination charge.) Sales manager then tried to lecture me on how they price. Just wasted total of about six hours visiting this dealer. Total bait and switch sprinkled with lots of dishonesty. In search of an honest dealer. More
