I don't know why, I usually just don't want my opinion to sway anyone else's decision... but this has been hands down the greatest, most stress free experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.(This being my 3rd one). I was on the fence between 4 cars from other dealerships, and I eliminated the other choices almost solely based on the customer service from Steve at Lia Honda in Brewster. Steve was so nonchalant and easygoing, it was like he wasn't even trying to sell me the car or didn't want me to buy it unless I was sure it was what I wanted. And that is the type of honesty and integrity that is valued in a salesman, especially in a purchase this significant. I almost didn't even want to leave the dealership lol. I was so comfortable with my interaction at Lia Honda that I didn't even care much to keep negotiating a better price, as I already did my homework/research and they really did have the best deal in the area.
