Knowing that this was her first purchase, Chris went out of his way to make her feel comfortable, answering all her questions and explaining the buying process in a friendly and courteous manner. Excellent follow-up as well. Also would like to thank the sales manager, Norman Horne fora great price that compared quite favorably against other dealers with similar products, especially in light of outstanding condition of this car both inside and out. It's been a couple weeks now and she loves it. I've used Lia's service department in the past and look forward to the great care they've always shown us in the past. As a side note, the dealership is under renovation but they took great efforts to make it friendly and inviting to their customers. Support staff were all very cordial and eager to help as well.
