The process is quite smooth, Steve is very knowledgeable and takes the time to learn about his customers. He keeps in touch over the years so it's quite easy to finish your lease and then return back to him for advice in your next one. I was excited to the get the new model of CRV, what a wonderful job Honda has done, this car feels sturdier, heavier, the overall inside model at a basic level LX is quite impressive, the new seat cushions makes you enjoy the drive even more providing excellent lumbar support, and the tires look amazing !!! Steve and I closed the deal on a cold winter night and I was delighted to drive my new CRV with the confidence Honda gives me of getting a super safe car that lasts, it's a loyal car, doesn't require too much maintainance and it's the perfect size for all my needs as a working mother.
