Not able to provide simple information I reached out to this dealership and communicated via email and was contacted by a sales woman Irene. I asked for simple information and explained wit I reached out to this dealership and communicated via email and was contacted by a sales woman Irene. I asked for simple information and explained with two small children, it's easier to get these details out of the way before arriving at the dealership. Every response was "just come in and we'll go through it when you get here." I continued to ask for the information (sale price, any honda incentives) and after about ten emails back and forth or getting responses like "why don't you just come in...when can you come in to discuss this?" instead of just answering the question, I emailed her and told her I would have to find another dealership and who could answer these basic questions without having to drive 45 minutes to the dealership. What a waste of time. And no reply to my email so clearly customer service is not a priority! It's unfortunately, because we have used them in the past and they have now lost our business for good. A week later, we purchased a Honda Odyssey from another dealership. More

These were services I have had done at Lia Honda before and am familiar with the cost of. Dee Rivera was my Service Advisor and I enjoyed working with her. My car came up for a recall so she helped me with getting that taken care of too. During my visit, another member of the team (not Dee) approached me and explained that my cabin air filter should be replaced as it was dirty. It's pollen season in NY and I suffer from allergies so it was something I wanted to get done asap. I said ok but please show me after how dirty (for my own reference) and they did. Only thing that I would ask be done differently is that when providing a new service (never before performed on a vehicle), it would be nice if whomever approaches me (the customer) shared the part cost and labor at that time or directed me back to my service advisor to discuss that. Next time I will be sure to head back to my service advisor and ask. All things considered, I had a positive experience. More
