Many times in the past in this area of car business I am treated like one who knows nothing of car business. We felt different with Jon. There was one level we were not talked DOWN to. That makes such a difference. There was a warmth and a sensitivity about Jon. As always great service. I always come to Lia Honda Brewster for my service. Just recently had an issue with one of my cylinders misfiring which caused a lot of the features to automatically cut off.
