My service representative was Kira Bueti. She is a true asset to your company! When she told me that my car battery, replaced by Triple A, did not meet Honda standards, I never doubted her. She wanted me to contact them to have it replaced, but, since I no longer had the paperwork, I told her I would prefer that Honda sell me a new one. I truly feel that Honda is looking after its customers! More
