I took recently purchased used CRV for maintenance visits and a check engine light issue. We just purchased a new 2022 Honda CRV-EXL for are daughter and the whole experience was awesome. When we arrived at Lia Honda there was not much inventory do to the supply chain issues. We got lucky and they had the exact car we were looking for and they were detailing it for the showroom. Ken Seiferheld was awesome from the time we met him on the lot to the time we picked up the car. I really enjoyed dealing with a professional that had a no pressure selling technique. Like most dealers they were charging above MSRP and since I'm in sales I understand why they need to charge more or they will go out of business. With very little inventory they need to charge a little more to stay in business so we were willing to pay more for the car we wanted. We added additional accessories and everything was in stock except one item so we will return to get that next week. The car was a surprise for our daughter and the whole experience was terrific. Although we didn't deal much with William Darnell once of the sales managers, I had the opportunity and pleasure to speaking with him the day we picked up the car and he definitely knows how to treat customers as family. My older daughter purchased a Honda CRV from Lia Honda in 2020 and she was equally happy with the whole experience. If your looking for one of the top Honda Dealerships in the Putnam, Westchester or Fairfield county areas, I would highly recommend going to Lia Honda. I would also highly recommend asking for William Darnell or Ken Seiferheld to help you out. More

Bought a crv in December 2021. Was given one key, no spare. When I realized I should have two i was in Florida for the winter. When I returned in April I went to the dealership an Was given one key, no spare. When I realized I should have two i was in Florida for the winter. When I returned in April I went to the dealership and was told my sales person was off that day but he would contact me. No call back. A week later I went to dealership and spoke to salesman. I was told he would order the spare key and would notify me when the key came in. About a week to order and receive. 10 days later with no call back I went to the parts dept. no key had been ordered by the salesman but they did have keys in stock. An hour later I had my spare key. All this could have been avoided if he would have called parts dept and found out if they had keys in stock. Very poor customer relations. Will think twice before dealing with Honda sales again.
