My brand new vehicle with 800 miles had a "stuck button". I brought the vehicle in to make an appointment and service took it in without an appointment. I had the vehicle back in 30 minutes. A week after purchasing our Pilot we experienced a very rocky period of the car not starting in NYS, and, also when we drove to Florida for the winter. Upon reaching our destination in Port Charlotte, Florida, once again the vehicle would not start, and, had to be towed to the local Honda dealership.. The Port Charlotte, Florida dealership's service department could learn a lot from Lia Honda about how to treat customers in a caring, and, truthful manner. WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT DEALERSHIP WE WERE FORCED TO CONTACT HONDA CORPORATE IN CA. Also, we were totally dissatisfied with the sales team, and, especially their immediate supervisors who we were referred to at the Brewster, NY location. WE WERE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH ROB BENFARI & JOHN AYALA as they began servicing our vehicle. JOHN AYALA is a credit to Lia Honda, and, he is the type of caring professional we look for when we purchase new vehicles. Mr. Ayala is very experienced, intuitive, and, always pays attention to the details, and, the quality of the service performed on our Honda Accord (also purchased from the Brewster location) & our Honda Pilot. Lia Honda is always willing to help. I went in once with a "low tire pressure" light on and they quickly checked all the tire pressure and shut off the warning light for me! After my 2021 CRV with less than 10000 miles died as I was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. I spoke to Kira Bueti early that Monday to let her know reason car was there. Sh was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. I spoke to Kira Bueti early that Monday to let her know reason car was there. She called me back by end of day as promised and was apologetic that there was no real reason for what happened. Two days later, I called back and spoke to Kira since my car was not working as it did before. Kira got me a service appointment and was personally involved with the service visit. After the technician informed Kira Bueti that there was nothing wrong, she actually took my car for a test drive to confirm that my car was working as expected. Her attention to detail and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ is the type of service everyone should receive. More
