Lia Honda is always willing to help. I went in once with a "low tire pressure" light on and they quickly checked all the tire pressure and shut off the warning light for me! After my 2021 CRV with less than 10000 miles died as I was getting off highway Sunday afternoon. AAA towed the car to Lia. Two days later, I called back and spoke to Kira since my car was not working as it did before. Kira got me a service appointment and was personally involved with the service visit. After the technician informed Kira Bueti that there was nothing wrong, she actually took my car for a test drive to confirm that my car was working as expected. Her attention to detail and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ is the type of service everyone should receive. More

My service advisor, Chris Grasso, was helpful in coordinating my oil change. My only disappointment was that although I had more than $90 in Lia Rewards cash, I couldn't use it if I used a coupon s coordinating my oil change.
