I wasn’t sure where on the survey to elaborate about my service experience with Brian Charron, but didn’t want it to go unnoticed. It started from the moment I pulled in with my vehicle, he was so welcoming. I decided to stay while I was getting my oil change, he took the time to open the door and let me know about the complementary beverages and ice cream available while I wait. While waiting he continued to give me a status on how much longer before my vehicle was done. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. That is remarkable customer service!!! Also while waiting, Jayvon Nelson noticed me and came up to ask how my new vehicle has been and if there were any issues. It’s so enlightening what a pleasure it is to have such warm welcoming customer service whenever I’m there. Just wanted to thank them!
