I went inside and spoke to a lady that was very nice until i was sent to the salesman. He was very quiet and awkward. He awkwardly showed us a few trucks that fit my criteria. I saw the one I wanted but it was in the shop for work..no big deal. So we sit down and start running numbers for the truck and trade in. Long story short my truck booked for 12000 they offered me 8000 and called it in rough shape. The truck is spotless clean inside and out. I am very picky when it comes to my truck. Whatever moving on. During the back and forth game the sales manager decided to come over. Well he decides to tell me im nuts for the deal id like to get. Ok fine lets work from there. So then he decides to compare my career to his and told me not to tell him how to do his job because he doesn't know how to do mine. OK? ANYWAYS. I decided to do the kbb values (kelly blue book) the same system they use to do there values. Well I showed them the values on my truck and there truck. Bad idea. The sales manager flipped out on me and basically dragged me to the desk he works behind and showed me his values. He basically clicked on things to jump the value of the truck that the truck doesn't even have. Anyways moving on... i told them i really liked the truck. So we tried working a deal for some reason after all this embarassing commotion and everyone staring at us making my fiancé very uncomfortable. So These guys were trying to sell me this truck without even test driving it. It was in the shop until next week. I have my stupid moments but come on really?? So we decided ill take it after a test drive and outside before a deal. They said ok no problem it will be ready monday new brakes new tires and detailed. PERFECT. So I call them Mon. told them I'm working late I can't make it in until tues. or wed. They said no problem. So I call tues. and tell them I wont be in til wed. to test drive and pick up. Ok no problem. Well I go in wed. night to test drive and hopefully drive it home. I get there and have to wait 30 minutes before I can look at it or test drive it because they never detailed it. Ok whatever moving on. The salesman had us sit down and already tried to start doing the paperwork? Um hello I have not seen this outside the garage or even driven it. So then comes the truck that should have been ready monday like they said. Ha they go out there and they've already got new plates for me and are screwing them on. I have not made a deal and you've already got my new plates and insurance. What is going on. So I go out there and look at the truck. Hmm looks great..but where are my new tires that were supposably ready on monday??? Not there. Wow that pisses me off. Anyways I test drive and my fiance is ready to snap but I tell her as much as this place doesn't feel right I love the truck. I kept my old truck and put cash down instead. Were doing the paperwork and i have not bought a new car in 9 years. Well theres a thing called gap insurance im unaware of but i signed about 100 papers and wanted to get out of there. My fiance says why didnt you want gap insurance. I dont know what it is hun. Well she explained and now it seems worth it too bad i didnt get the oppurtunity for an explanation to consider. Moving on.. i like the truck but still no new tires like i was promised. They gave me a slip promising my tires. So i make an appt. I go to drop it off and I tell two people can i please have my old tires. They say no problem. Truck is ready the next day. I go there after work to pick up. Oh sorry the manager wouldnt let you keep them. Why not? There on my truck from here. I dont know heres his card. So i call twice and left voicemails. No return call. So i called two more times and they hung up on me!! WHAT A JOKE. Also my original payment was 297$ somehow during the end of the deal it went to $324!! I don't recommend this place to anyone unless your a pushover or like people who don't keep there word. More

Sales Manager Very Rude I believe most staff are nice but my experience was horrible. I was looking for a grand cherokee SRT Red Vapor, which is a 70k+ car. Before I visited I believe most staff are nice but my experience was horrible. I was looking for a grand cherokee SRT Red Vapor, which is a 70k+ car. Before I visited the dealership, everything went smoothly and they responded to my emails in a timely manner. After I went there, Gerry was the salesman and he offered me a seat - so far so good. I told him that I wanted a SRT Red Vapor and he printed out the window sticker. However, I expected that he would introduce or explain the sticker/the car to me, but he remained silent. So, I asked him if he could tell me what he thought about the car - he didn't tell me anything useful but emphasized heavily on how rare the car is and how hard it is for him to get one. (One of the ways to increase sales price). It is tolerable so far. When we were negotiating the price, things went even worse. I knew people pay around 71500 for the same car with same config. What they gave me is 73950. I asked for 72000 and Gerry called the manager and he looked at me and said that no dealers would give me that price. I said "There are plenty of SRT/SRT Red Vapor in Kingston/Poughkeepsie and they offered a way better price." The manager said, "Why don't you buy there" in a VERY CONDESCENDING WAY. I was speechless. I chose these guys because I live closer to them. I explained this to the manager and what I got was just OK after OK... To be honest, I am not expecting a big discount or anything. I pay 70k+ for a jeep, and what I am looking for is good service and a good buying experience. My impression is that they are not knowledgeable about the car and they are rude. Their rudeness really makes me worried about the services that I might get if I purchase the car. I am a CUSTOMER, but the manager feels like my boss. Ridiculous. More
Excellent car buying experience. I went to several dealerships originally looking to buy a used car but decided to take a look at the new jeep cherokee at Lia. I spoke to Suzanne on the phone and scheduled a test drive, she was very helpful and had the keys waiting for me. When I got there she took me out to the lot and explained that she worked with the dealerships Internet department and that I would be working with Vincent Notaro. Vincent met me and got me all set up to take a 2015 v6 awd Jeep Cherokee Altitude for a spin. I was instantly hooked. The blacked out badges and rims, the power and handling, I knew I wanted this car. I traded in my one year old car that I really loved but the family had outgrown. Vinny worked with me and got me around $2000 more for my car than trade in value. On top of that I got around $2500 factory and dealer incentives off the price of the cherokee. Vinny as well as the finance manager worked to get my payment where I wanted it and actually extended the warranty throughout the length of my finance terms. After going to a seperate dealer and being thoroughly disappointed, this was the exact opposite. Vinny and the staff at Lia are awesome and worth the trip. Thanks again Vinny, I've had my new car almost a week and I love it! More
No Customer Respect. Tried to claim the additional savings in sales tax due to difference between trade value and new vehicle price as part of the trade value. Told me what the invoice amount was and that it represented a significant discount that he could not go below. However, the vehicle was advertised on their website for $2,000 less than that. What a liar! Impossible to deal with. More

bad customer service Bought a buick encore off of this dealership they had no customer service, they treated you like a number, tried the car out and I liked it ,haggled w Bought a buick encore off of this dealership they had no customer service, they treated you like a number, tried the car out and I liked it ,haggled with the price that was good didn't want to give me anything for my car, I had a 2004 Toyota 4 runner with very low miles in great shape, sold it to another dealer, Went to pick up the car and it was missing the left front tire .they said to come back because the popped the tire ,I explained that I live 2 hours one way and could not come back, they put a tire on and said it was ok .Well it wasn't, it wasn't the same brand tire or the same tread ,with all wheel drive you MUST have the same tire and tread they told me no it was ok ,the following day I took it to my local tire warehouse and they said that I did need to have the same tire and tread ,called them and argued for 2 days they wanted me to bring the car back so they could change the tire explained it was too far ,after 2 more days they agreed to pay for a new tire, went to register it in the state of Mass, they gave me the wrong paperwork another 3 days to get that. then 2 weeks after I bought the car the oil light came on got the same story that I would have to bring it in said no thanks brought to my Buick dealer in town the car was never service let alone the oil was never changed, worst dealership that I have ever dealt with and I have bought over 40 cars in my lifetime, will never deal with them again they were only interested in the $$$that they made, would NOT recommend this dealership they were all just a bunch of kids running the dealership knew nothing of customer service ,too bad More
