Let me start by saying this purchase started off as an AWFUL experience with LIA. i couldn’t reach anyone by phone, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, it was until I showed up in person, waved AWFUL experience with LIA. i couldn’t reach anyone by phone, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, it was until I showed up in person, waved my hand in a glass window at a salesman and was waved at back greeted by a salesman named Mike ONeal. This is where my horrible experience turned to a positive one. From that moment forward, the whole process moved quickly and efficiently, I was able to get into my truck within 1 day, Mike understood how important it was that I be able to tow my boat for the weekend and did everything in his power to make it happen, and he did, even after he was unable to be there for the signing and delivery, he STILL made sure it happened quickly, and easily, he even called me after the sale to let me know they had a gift card for me as part of my purchase. I would definitely recommend Lia, but I recommend you go in person, don’t even deal with the phone call business. More

Vincent at Lia was also able to offer $500 more for my trade in. I was a bit concerned about the interest rate I was going to be given but when I went back to pick up the car, it was more than a point lower than they originally quoted.
