Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Bought 4 cars from the Lia group. This dealership is by far the worst. Bought my car in 2018 and it only has 14,000 miles on it now. Notice a huge gash in my rotor, the rotor was almost completely gone. Th far the worst. Bought my car in 2018 and it only has 14,000 miles on it now. Notice a huge gash in my rotor, the rotor was almost completely gone. They told me the clip on the brake was frozen in place and therefore causing damage to my rotor. They wanted $600 to fix the vehicle. I find it amazing what the reasoning was even though they did not take off the tire to look. I took my vehicle to a certified NYS repair shop and come to find out it was a defect. They replaced my rotors and brake pads. Even using the same clips that came off very easily. This should have been under warranty. I would never buy again from the Lia group, nor would I ever recommend anyone to buy there. More
