Purchased a new $50k truck on 9/29. Took delivery and went home. Upon arriving home and further inspection I found a ding in the tailgate with a paint chip at the center. Immediately took pics and emaile went home. Upon arriving home and further inspection I found a ding in the tailgate with a paint chip at the center. Immediately took pics and emailed the sales guy (less than 2 hours after delivery). They emailed back and said they would take care of it. I brought the truck back one week later. The GM Tried to deny responsibility and said they would PDR the dent and use touch on the chip. That is unacceptable for a brand new truck. The tailgate should look new because it is! Make sure you inspect a vehicle if you ever buy one from Lia because they sure will deny any damage they are responsible for once you leave. The management is a clown show. More
