I bought a brand new jeep trail hawk with water damage, defects, and poorly built from chrysler/jeep corp. too many warrantee issues to list, the dealership new about issues before they sold me the jeep, defects, and poorly built from chrysler/jeep corp. too many warrantee issues to list, the dealership new about issues before they sold me the jeep, the service department is blame everything on customer for a warrantee issues, it will be last time I purchase anything from A lia dealership and as far as service /advisors playing judge and jury, you did this, or our service did not do it, cat and mouse game to me. worst service experience I ever had., as far as calling jeep or chrysler main. number for issues or help ,you will not get the help you need , they side with the dealership, and it is a very crooked scheme, ) and I am a disabled person ., and poor .
