Mr. Wagner, I’m sorry that you were not happy with the results of you phone conversation with our sales person. Our records indicate that you have also been dealing with one of our internet sales representatives since 8/26/2021. We offer multiple online trade appraisal tools for our customers convenience, unfortunately you have not taken advantage of any of them, nor were you willing to provide Isaiah with the VIN to your 2015 Volkswagen e-Golf with over 45,500 miles on it. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your business, however we cannot provide an accurate quote of any kind without the proper information. On another note, when I listened to your phone conversation I found your version of the conversation to be less than accurate. I was more then willing to give him the vin or any other information he needed over the phone. I wasnt willing to drive an electric car with a range of about 86 miles 45 miles one way to your dealership without laying out the initial ground work. He insisted that I had to come to the dealer, the used car manager had to physically see the car. I told him in my experience the used car manager is typically too lazy to get out of his chair to go look at a vehicle and would just punch the info into a computer and there was no reason we couldn't do it over the phone. Isaiah never asked for vin. I have purchased a truck from dealer that had competent sales people and was able handle the information over the phone.
