Only dealer I will go to... Highly recommended I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Northampton CJD. We randomly stopped in a few years ago for my son's car and today I pick I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Northampton CJD. We randomly stopped in a few years ago for my son's car and today I picked up a lease on a new Dart GT. Everyone I know will be told that's where they should go for a vehicle. I won't ever go anywhere else myself. I honestly don't write this review lightly either. I'm a four star rater at best but this team, they will have five. Thank you all for two great experiences! Great experience from start to finish OK, so I was on the market for a new vehicle and was interested in the Dodge Durango R/T model as an upgrade from my 09 Honda Pilot EXL. I went to th OK, so I was on the market for a new vehicle and was interested in the Dodge Durango R/T model as an upgrade from my 09 Honda Pilot EXL. I went to the Dodge website to put an inquiry in and see what dealerships had that model in stock for me to go look at. As it turns out there were only 3 in my general area (a broad general area lol) that had models on the lot. The following day the first 2 dealerships I inquired at didn't get a hold of me, only got the automated emails as responses. Then the wonderful staff at this dealership did call me. I spent some time on the phone talking to Sean about the vehicle and my potential trade in and so I decided to that day take a ride out to Northampton from Winchendon (about 40 miles or so). When I arrived at the dealership, which was pretty easy to get to, even from the scenic route I took, right away I noticed the freshly washed Durango's in the front line. As I exited my car, Sean was there in the parking lot to greet me and right away we started to talk about the vehicles I was interested in. First was talking about the features of the vehicles, the options they came with, engine sizes and the whatnots of the vehicles. After was the test drive, first the v6 model then the R/T. Once we got back to the dealership I was introduced to Dan and the 3 of us sat down and discussed trade-in values, financing options and the normal deal making even though I did mention that the deal still might be a bust. To make a long story short, these 2 gentlemen worked with me and made my experience there so great that I did in fact turn over my car right then and there to get the keys to a new 2014 Durango R/T. Both Sean and Dan are great assets to the company and were great to work with. This is the type of car buying experience that everyone needs to have. They kept nothing hidden from me, let me see the numbers getting crunched, laughed and joked just like we all were long time buddies. To sum it up, this was the best car buying experience that I have had and will come back when it is time to upgrade again. I have already praised the dealership verbally to most my friends and will recommend this place to anyone. More than 2 thumbs up to everyone there! More
Awesome Experience!! I had gotten an incredibly affordable online quote for a Dodge Caravan so I went in to test drive and purchase. Once I got there we realized the online quote (not from this dealership itself) I got was not accurate for the specific van I was looking at, Matt, Dan M., Murray, and Anthony worked very hard to try to get the numbers to where I needed them to be to walk away with this van. When it became evident that I couldn't get that Dodge, they didn't give up and tried another way to get me into a great van. It ended up that I was able to walk away with a fantastic Chrysler Town & Country Touring. It had everything I wanted and more....and the numbers were right where I wanted them. Not only did they get me a great deal on a great vehicle, but they all worked to get the van ready, the paperwork done and the registration completed that day so I wouldn't have to make the trip back over the next day to get the van. Dan S. who wasn't working with us even stepped in to help speed things along and get my inspection sticker taken care of so I could get home faster. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely go back for my next car and recommend this dealership to others. They are awesome!! More

I called the dealer and stated what I was looking for and the price range I was looking for, Matt asked me if I wanted to come in and talk number and drive one. I let Matt know I did all my homework and know what I want and needed to know if they could make get me to the monthly payment "$300 a month"I wanted on a base model" the base models and cut models are all any dealership ever advertises". Matt let me know he would call me back if they could make it happen. A few minutes later I received a call back from Matt stating they had 3 colors in what I was looking for, I had him email me the colors. I chose one color and stated my wife and I would be down to purchase this at 4:30 pm. I left work earlly got my son and wife ready to go to get the new car, upon arrival we waited about 15 mins before we could start the process. The test drove our car and came back in and stated we needed to complete a credit app. I let them know I needed to know where we were with the monthly payment. They stated they needed to know our credit score " we both have above average credit and know it". After waiting another 30 mins they came back with over $400.00 a month! This place completely wasted my time , my wife's time, and created a stressful situation getting every one down there to do this when this location knew that they couldn't get to that monthly payment as the car they showed me had a sunroof and other rediculous options. I wouldn't ever recommend his location to anyone and will share my experience with anyone talking about this location. More

I went in to the dealer knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I was also aware of my poor credit history as well as my current trade in value. I was greeted by a lady at the door which much I wanted to spend. I was also aware of my poor credit history as well as my current trade in value. I was greeted by a lady at the door which I appreciated, it was nice having someone to interface with before being bombarded with a salesman. She had me sit down with a newer employee I think his name was Gary. I was asked what I was looking for (I had already qualified for a loan on my own) I explained my situation about my credit and gave them all of what I already knew upfront. After the usual dealer xx he came back after speaking with his manager who then also came over to speak with me. He told me that what I should do was lease a car because I had a history of making my payments on time. Of course to figure out the details they kept leaving for long stretch's of time and coming back. I had originally come in to talk with them about used cars and really wasn't all that interested in a new car or a lease but I let them see what they could do anyway. While I was waiting I got up to use the bathroom and when I returned "Gary" was working with another costumer in his cubicle without anyone explaining that I should wait in the waiting area. I thought that to be very rude, as though I was being tossed aside for whatever reason. Soon after the GM came over and explained that I did not qualify for a lease at the payments I was looking for (duh) and that they had many used cars that I would probably like that they could get in to the dealer that I could then look at. I was told I would be contacted shortly and basically was escorted out of the door. That was four days ago and I have not received a single communication from them since. I very much felt as though they wanted to nothing to do with me and that when they discovered I was not someone that they would be scamming with a lease that I just needed to leave and get out of the dealership. I will never use this dealer and I will be sure to let anyone I know also know that they are rude and full of garbage. More

I had a bad experience at another dealer and because I live so close to the Northampton Chrysler Dealer I decided to stop and look at the inventory. I had called ahead and spoke to Aimee so I asked for her when I arrived. She sat down with me and I told her my financial situation and that I was looking to end my current lease and wanted to know if I would qualify to start a loan, I did not find that leasing was the right fit. She ran some numbers and showed me 6 vehicles that would be in my price range and would keep me as close to my current payment as possible. I test drove a car that I did not feel comfortable in and she could tell I was not sold; the vehicle that I was the most interested in didn't look like it was going to happen. Little did I know she was still crunching numbers and working with the banks after I left. We walked away and I thought that was the end but within an hour she called me back to let me know that if I was still interested I was approved for a loan on the 2013 Journey, I was at the other dealership at this point and I just decided to walk away. I had been waiting three days for the other dealer to contact me about financing and Aimee called me back within one hour of leaving the dealership. We came back to test drive it and sat down to sign the papers. There was absolutely no pressure, it was very relaxed and extremely customer friendly. I could not believe what a wonderful and easy experience this was. She even came in on her day off to meet with us again. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I would absolutely recommend Northampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, you will never forget the experience. No hassle, no pressure and you feel like they are there for you (the customer) and not to make a sale!!! :) All the associates work very well together, if one does not know the answer they walk over and speak to one another to give you the best answer. We even met the General Sales Manager when he personally came over to congratulate us on our purchase!! 5***** (Stars) Thank You Northampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!! More
