Helpful but slow I recently brought in my 2012 Jeep compass to be serviced and also wanted to get some numbers for leasing a new jeep. The service part of the dealership was a little slow in receiving the parts and it took almost a week to get my car back, they did however provide me with a great loaner which was very helpful and appreciated! I also was working with Melanie to get some numbers on a Jeep renegade. I didn't love the car and asked for some numbers on a Jeep Cherokee. I never heard back from anyone at the dealership regarding the appraisal of my Jeep after it was there for a week (every other dealership I've been to appraised my car in about 5 minutes) and didn't hear back regarding the possibility on a Jeep Cherokee. I did like the car a great deal as that was the loaner car that I was driving. However, I got a great deal on a RAV4 and didn't want to wait to hear from Jeep anymore so I moved forward with the RAV4. Everyone at the dealer was very nice but they didn't seem to want your business as much as some other car dealers I've visited this week. If you're really interested in a Jeep I think this would be a good place to go, and Melanie was pleasant to work with. More

first time for service I bought my jeep in june of 14, paid just under 40 g,, I love my jeep,, but hate this dealership, I bring my baby in for its first service,,i have a l I bought my jeep in june of 14, paid just under 40 g,, I love my jeep,, but hate this dealership, I bring my baby in for its first service,,i have a laundry list of things,, most important is the tranny, does not like to shift under load,, so I make an appointment, its a week away,, so I drop my jeep off 8am,, thurs the 19th of march 2015. so I call them on Monday the 23rd, the haven't looked at my jeep. call Tuesday.. haven't looked at my jeep.. called Wednesday haven't looked at my jeep YET, now im paying 20 bucks a day on rental for insurance, its a big taho, in it for 120 bucks for gas, . so I call on Thursday,, they still haven't looked at my jeep, told the service guy,, give me a copy of service report and put my keys and report up front,, im coming to get my jeep at 6pm, I then called and talked to the manager of the place, joe,, tell him my story,, ok he goes ill call you right back let me look into this,,,i left work joe did not call me back,,i get to dealership get my paperwork and keys and turn to leave and almost bumped into some guy, turns out to be joe,, I said why didn't you call me back,,reply,, I was busy... not to busy to take my 40 grand,, I just shook my head and walked out the showroom door,,,he followed me oout and said the his guy told me that he couldn't get to my jeep right away, I said no he did not,, so he started to argue with me about that, I said I paid 40 grand for this jeep,, and first time I bring it in I get xxxx service, I turned and walked away and the threw up his arms and said to xxxx with this and stormed back inside, I got my jeep and left,, I will not go back to that place, I will never recommend it,, and jeep is going to get this same story,, and I will get this to lia car who now runs the place, and see what they have to say,, this site is old still have the old crew that was there when I bought my jeep,, dan s was a great sales man, murry and the rest were just as good,,, that's the only praise I give this place,, but there all gone now,, thanks for listening,, stay away from this place, or you will be the next to write a beautiful review like me,,, dave alexander More

Wouldnt even clean the car, put gas in it, or put air in the tires, Returning to straighten out stain guard purchased, Jared my salesmen who had been so concerned about my situation, wouldnt even acknowledge me. Never have been treated so poorly!! Be careful of this dealership! More

first oil change on 58k truck failure.. I returned to make them finish, after fumbling around for 45min they asked if I wanted to wait for them to drive it around until the tire sensors reset for about a half a hour or if just wanted to take it....I took it, they reset in about 1/4 mile A few days later I realized when they changed my oil they left oil all over the entire undercarriage of my brand new truck...I returned and they apologized and cleaned up the're mess Well shame on me for waiting 2000 miles since my visit, but I checked my oil this morning to find out they over filled my cummins engine by almost 2 quarts!!!This truck was almost $60,000 if I have even the slightest issue ever I will be finding a good lawyer and returning for the third time because of my FREE oil change...... Asked for pre-sell inspection report, was refused. Manifold issue now on jeep. Dart sounds horrible, brought in two days ago, was told it was a wheel bearing,put in new one today, car still runs awful. Hate this place. More

Victor Cueto was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond to win my respect and business is an understatement. Victor was patient, respectful and understanding. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and ultimately I left with a great car and a great deal. I never once felt I was being hassled or pressured. I genuinely felt like I was being taken care of. The Internet sales manager, Shelia, the Business Manager, Anthony and general manager, Aimee were all so sweet and great to work with. If you are in the market for a new car I absolutely recommend this establishment. Trust me, they were the 12th dealership I visited and the last. Gem of all dealerships combined. If Chrysler had to rate its dealerships, this should be crowned as the gem of all their dealership, simply because of the people who work here. My wife wanted a new vehicle so we went there after returning a day earlier from a neighborhood dealership. She bought herself a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and what an awesome experience purchasing our first vehicle from you guys. Anthony and Matt had pretty much worked on the entire deal over the phone with me. And if I have to recommend someone to Harvard Business School for presentation my first pick would be Anthony and Matt, you guys rock!!, very friendly and composed and they will leave no stone un-turned to get you the deal you want. We entered the dealership @ 13:30 hrs and came out with the deal closed at 15:00 hrs. I surprised myself to drive 1 hour from where I live to a quiet corner of small town dealership but people who work there made it worth and definitely made me customer for life for all my future Jeep purchases. Worst experience I have ever had! Where to start. If there were negative stars it would be better. Complete lack of competence. Or rather just a complete disregard to do the right thing. These people should not be in business. Back to the beginning. A 8 month saga with the car dealership. In February I bought a used extended cab Ford transit connect for my work. A month later (after being on vacation for 2 weeks) I came home to the snow melting and the top of the Ford pealing back. From the beginning I had questioned them about the extended cab and was worried it might leak. They “took it in the back” and assured me it was a quality job……Obviously it wasn’t. The paint on the top was pealing back, it was leaking and the sides were cracking. I called them up and told them the problem. They wanted me to bring it in to fix it. I knew this was going to be a continuous issue and didn’t trust them to “fix” it. I told them this was a lemon and I wanted a different car.. They obliged and I returned it to get basically the car that I originally traded in for the Ford. It was just now I owed $5,000 on a car that previously I had paid off. When I brought it back not one person there asked to see what was wrong with it. (On a side note, while test driving the car, the radio was going in and out. I thought I was hitting weird buttons or something. Nope the radio was broken; it didn’t have a manual book, and was missing its fabric cover in back…..neither here or there though) But wait…..It gets worse……….. I had paid the full warranty $2,0108 on the Ford. Which I had for a month and drove about 200 mile on. The “good fellow” at the dealership said that I should be getting most of this money back. When asked when I should be expecting refund check, he told me 45 days! 45 days came and went. More like 120 days. Call after call…You haven’t received your check yet? Oh that’s surprising. Blah…Blah.. Excuse, excuse, excuse, excuse. Finally in July, Four months or so later, I finally get out of him that I need to be signing paperwork. He told me I have to come in to sign it that I can’t email. I live 1 ½ hrs away… So after going in to sign the paperwork. He assures me he will put the miles I drove the Ford down and should still get most of my refund back. This should take 45 days and they will issue the check. And another 45 days later. Call after call… Well I filled out the paper work??? I don’t know why you haven’t gotten check yet. I’ll check on things and get back to you. He never checked on anything. Finally I had reached my tipping point and I started to swear over the phone at him. Call after call. Finally I got him on the phone only because the person that answered thought my name was someone else. His response and I quote. “Frankly after you swore at me the other day, I lost interest” Tell me when he actually ever had interest. I said I don’t care that it was his job!!! Then I finally get out of him that this other company writes out a check for my warranty to the dealership and then the dealership writes me out a check…He gave me the impression it was all through the dealership…regardless, I get the other company’s name and phone number. I call them up…. They tell me they just got the paper work from dealership. (2 months after I signed it) and yeah he put I had only driven 200 miles, but the miles didn’t matter, it was for how long I had it. Which they now had as me having it for 7 months. So I scanned some documents and emailed them…..Within 45 minutes…They tell me I am getting full warranty and that if I don’t get the check by the end of October to call them and they would call the dealership for me. But wait….there’s more……… So I finally get check in the mail from the dealership…but it’s only for $732. I call up the other company and told them of the amount that I had received and that I was expecting $2,108 not $732. I scanned some more documents. The guy on the phone told me not to cash the check.. He got a superior to research the matter. Yeah the dealership messed up in a “freak mistake” and I will be getting a check for the remainder of the money owed $1,376. Yeah the dealership was just hoping that I would not know, care, remember or check how much they really owed me and was hoping I would just be satisfied with the 3rd of the amount so they could pocket the rest. Really the whole thing was probably just drawn and drawn out in hopes that I would get so frustrated and give up. Well $2,108 is not just a little bit of money to me. If I had had that money I could have paid off my car. They should have been paying me interest on that! More

This was our 3rd Jeep purchase and it was the BEST car buying experience in our 25+ years of driving. Matt, Bill, Anthony and Murray were fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly....they treated us like family. The minute we walked in the door Matt greeted us and helped us with the transaction. Murray knew the car inside and out and provided great advice when showing the features. He spent as much time as we needed reviewing all the new features and answered all of our questions. Anthony found us outstanding financing and gave us a great price for an extended warranty. There is NO other Jeep Dealership we will purchase from in the future other than Northampton CDJR. We drove 1.5 hours to make the purchase and would even drive 8 more hours if all of our car buying experiences could be like this (and we have a Jeep Dealership less than 2 miles from our house). You will NOT be disappointed if you buy from them! More
