We have just purchased RX450h with only 3 days of searching and contemplating of buying either Toyota Highlander Hybrid or Lexus Hybrid. We called Vista Lexus and Larry Ellis told us immediately he had what we wanted. Although it was far away from our house, we drove to see it. Larry was very friendly and kind, and also VERY knowledgeable about the function of the car. Initially we were going to trade in our car, but he advised us to sell ourselves. We had a chance of talking several sales persons from the several dealerships regarding the trade-in deals. We sold the car in two days through Internet and although we received the better pricing on the different color and different options, we both strongly felt courteousness of Larry at the Vista that brought us back to this dealership to purchase it. I just had a call with Steve to introduce myself, and he was very warm and friendly and inviting. I explained to him that I needed to have my personalized settings changed for the lights, unlock doors, etc., and he said no problem! this may not seem like much - but - most dealers dont' like to do the 'freebies' for other dealerships. This speaks volumes about htis dealership and their service department. I can tell you now, even before I have my first service at Vista, that I am already happy!
